Before you pay
Ask the counsellor for the course outline, total live hours, fee, batch timings and refund and batch-change terms in writing. Those written terms apply to your enrolment.
Refunds and batch changes
Refund eligibility, the amount and any deductions are set out in the enrolment terms shared by the counsellor. Requests are handled by email at [email protected], and we reply to each request in writing.
Missed classes
Recordings and assignments help you catch up. Ask the counsellor about joining another batch.
